What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through a form or email — typically your name, email address, and anything you write in your message (for example, an issue you care about or a request for a lawn sign). We do not ask for sensitive information, and you can contact the campaign without providing more than you are comfortable sharing.
How we use your information
Contact information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate about the campaign where you have given permission. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
Campaign updates require opt-in
You are never added to campaign communications automatically. You will only receive campaign updates if you affirmatively opt in by checking the relevant box. Your consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it and ask to be removed at any time — every update we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.
We do not sell or share your information
Personal information is not sold, rented or shared for unrelated purposes. It is handled with care and kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, where you have opted in, to communicate about the campaign. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of reputable service providers to run this website and send email (for example, website hosting and an email delivery service). These providers process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service. Some may store data outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
How we protect your information
This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we limit access to your information to people who need it to help with the campaign.
Accessing, correcting, or removing your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email the address below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Cookies and privacy-conscious analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics used are configured to be privacy-conscious: we measure ordinary website performance, such as page views and form completions, and do not build individual behavioural profiles.
No political audience targeting
By default, this site does not install advertising pixels or political audience-targeting systems, and does not carry out voter profiling or individualized political targeting.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the campaign or the tools we use change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date shown on this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
